Before you visit

  • Our Staff - If you feel another member of our staff would better suit you, feel free to request any staff member to perform your service. We all work together as a team and are pleased to provide professional, courteous service to you, our client.
  • Children - While we love children, we are unable to accommodate them during your visit. For their behalf, we would greatly appreciate you leaving children in an environment more pleasing to them, so you may thoroughly enjoy your time with us.
  • Relax - You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy an espresso, cappuccino or herbal tea from our coffee bar.
  • Pricing - All prices subject to change without notice.
  • Location - We are located on the Chicopee / Springfield line. Just minutes from Baystate Medical.
  • We Regret - We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles or accessories. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
  • Your Concerns are our Concerns - Please let us know what we are doing right and what you think we could improve. Our goal is to provide to you the best service and treatments available. Comment / Suggestion cards are available in our waiting area.
  • Check-In - Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your spa services. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • What should I wear? - If you are receiving any of our spa treatments or therapeutic massage, we recommend something comfortable and loose fitting.
  • Cell Phones - We encourage you to turn off your cellular telephone during your visit with us.
  • Gratuities - Our pricing does not include gratuities. If you have enjoyed your time with us, you are most welcome to leave a gratuity.
  • Credit Cards - All major credit cards accepted.
  • Spa Reservations/Cancellations - Reservations are subject to availability. We recommend that you schedule your spa services a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival so we can meet your scheduling request.
  • Should a cancellation or date change be necessary we request a minimum 24-hour notice for any single service and a 48- hour notice for any spa package or multiple service. Appointments cancelled within this period maybe subject to pay a 50% service fee.
